Meet the Staff of McGrawsville Community Church
Ryan Ramsey
Pastor
"Preach the Word, Lead the Church." are the words that Jesus spoke to Ryan when he heard his call to ministry. When Alyssa and Ryan were married in 2009 their passion for showing Jesus' name to the local Church was evident. Their son Emery joined in the fun in 2012 and then daughter Willow entered the scene in 2016. Ryan is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009 and Wesley Seminary in 2017. Woodworking is dear to his heart. He spends a lot of his time processing what God is saying to him and the congregation, while doing that. Whether its music, video,
preaching, teaching, training, or equipping, you'll find the Ramsey family doing whatever it takes to make Jesus' name known to the world.
Cindy Morris
Administrative Secretary
Cindy Morris is the Administrative Secretary here at McGrawsville Community Church. When you call or stop by the church office during business hours her happy voice is likely the one you will hear. She has been married to her husband, Willie for 37 years. They have one son, Ian. Cindy is passionate about Christ and truly enjoys serving the congregation through her role as the church secretary. She loves spending time in God's word and shares her passion for Christ by facilitating a women's bible study. She is a true dog lover! Her most relaxing moments are spent enjoying time with her border collies. She also enjoys time with family and friends and loves curling up with a good book.
Isaac Hanny
Youth Director
Isaac Hanny is the Director of Youth Ministries. He and his wife, Ginger, got married in 2020. They are both passionate about youth ministry, throwing the frisbee on nice days, having intentional conversations with others over coffee, hosting people over at their house, playing board games, and reading God's word. Isaac also went to school at Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Sports Ministries in 2019.
Louisa Haigh
Children's Director
Louisa Haigh is our Director Of Children's Ministries. She is a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University and has been with us since 2016. Her husband David serves with the McGrawsville Youth Group and drums on the worship team. Louisa loves Church Camp, Christmas, jamming to VBS songs, Goodwill shopping and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. But most of all, she loves sharing Jesus with Kids and teaching them the solid truths of God's word from Nursery to 5th grade!

Michelle Bailey
Music & Media Ministry Director
Michelle Bailey has been with us since Oct of 2018 and has a long list of experience in vocal and worship music. Starting at the age of three, she sang with her family every weekend, traveling throughout the midwest as part of the The Singing Nicholsons. She graduated from Eastern High School and then from Indiana Wesleyan University. Michelle is the choral director at Maconaquah High School and Middle School. She is the proud mother of five children: Luke, Drew, Evan, Gabe, and Maya. Michelle has been a Christian as long as she can remember. She says, "Singing about Jesus and His love for us gives me that perfect peace we are promised in His word in Isaiah 26:3. Nothing quiets my heart like time singing about His love. In a world of chaos, He is my source of tranquil thoughts and a place I can rest."
Tanya Cox
Life Group & Sunday School Director
Tanya has been attending McGrawsville for over 25 years. Working with the youth eventually carried into Women’s’ Ministry and now Adult Ministry( though she still helps with youth SUNDAY School). Tanya’s area of ministry includes Adult Sunday School, LIFEGroups, Congregational  Care and various events. She loves to teach God’s Word and has been doing so for over 35 years. She is happily married to Tim, the mother of three sons; Josh (Paula), Matt (Alli), Aaron (Jade) and grandmother to OlÃvia.
Shawna Zeiser
Preschool Director
Shawna Zieser is the Director of Promiseland Preschool since 2019. Before that, she worked as a preschool teacher at Promiseland for 10 years. She and her husband TJ have three wonderful children, Ethan, Emma, and Evan. They are co-owners of Z&C Christmas Tree Farms, are highly active in the community and volunteer together with the Youth Group. The way to Shawna's heart is a warm blanket with a cup of coffee by a fireplace.
