Part-Time Worship Ministry Leader

Status: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
Benefits: Two (2) paid Sundays off annually with coordinated coverage.

Reports to: Senior Pastor

Position Summary

The Part-Time Worship Ministry Leader provides leadership for the worship ministry of the church through both pastoral care and creative leadership. This role oversees weekly worship planning and execution while also shepherding the worship team through intentional relationships, spiritual encouragement, and development. This role leads the worship ministry but does not supervise paid staff, working collaboratively with the Tech Director and volunteers.

 

The Worship Ministry Leader partners with the Senior Pastor and Tech Director to ensure worship gatherings are theologically grounded, well-planned, relationally healthy, and spiritually meaningful.​​​​​​​
